We are dedicated to the care and well-being of our dog guests and appreciate your consideration of the hours we are open to the public, and our other stated guidelines.
Requirements:
- Spay or Neuter Certificate.
- Negative Fecal Report within the last 6 months.
- We require proof of current rabies, DHPP (Distemper/Hepatitis/Para influenza/Parvovirus)
and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations.
- We require all dogs be on a flea treatment program.
- In addition, we require you to confirm that your dog:
- Is in good health and has had no contagious illnesses in the last 30 days.
- Has no history of aggression toward people or other dogs.
- Can be contained within our fencing.
Hours of Operation:
- OPEN: 8am – 1pm and 4pm – 6pm Monday – Friday
- 9am-noon Saturday
- CLOSED: 1pm - 4pm (no exceptions).
- CLOSED: All Sundays
- CLOSED: 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day.

Payment Methods:
- Payment is due when you pick up your dog. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards.
Drop Off & Pick Up Info
- Drop off: 8:00am – noon
- Pick up: 8:00am - noon and 4pm-6pm.
- No pickups are permitted from 1pm- 4pm.
- Must pick up by 6pm - No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy:
- There is a $50 booking fee required at holidays. We cannot hold your dog’s reservation until
receipt of deposit by specified date.
- If you cancel your dog’s stay:
- within 10 days, you will receive a full refund;
- within 9 days, a 50% refund;
- within 3 days, no refund
